Notice of Virtual Hearing
In relation to ERC Case No. 2025-212 RC, entitled
In the Matter of the Application for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement
between Iligan Light & Power, Inc. (ILPI) and Mapalad Energy Generating Corporation
(MEGC), with Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information and Prayer for the
Issuance of Provisional Authority, the Energy Regulatory Commission has set the
Virtual Hearings via Microsoft Teams as follows:
- February 24, 2026 (Tuesday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) for the determination of compliance with jurisdictional requirements and expository presentation; and
- March 3, 2026 (Tuesday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) for the pre-trial conference and presentation of evidence.
