To get the refund, call 221-5708/09 for the requirements needed. Once you have the requirements, please visit our Pala-o office where our Customer Welfare Desk officer will assist you. This refund is in accordance to the Magna Carta for Residential Electric Consumers or to the Distribution Services and Open Access Rules (DSOAR) for Non-Residential Electric Consumers.
